Why not! :) Na seriously, for me its important as i can do so much more at the same time, often when doing a big project for a client it involves rendering a video or a 3D image wich often takes long time and then that computer while rendering is off limit, taking up so much resources its not possible to work with anything. Then i just switch my monitor to the other workstation i have and continue with other projects, doing 2 work at the same time. :) The 2 servers are for developing and testing, one of the servers work as a local webserver functioning as a real host so i can test my project inhouse before i set it online for the client. The other server works as a Rendering/file server. Many of my projects include huge project files often exceeding hundreds of gigabyte just for one client and therefore its better to have a dedicated server for those files instead of choking my workstations with that amount of data. The 5 monitors are also to make me do my work so much faster, if you have any experiance in Adobe or any other video/graphic/3D software you are aware of the amount of space they take up on your monitor with all the tools and gadgets.
